问题：TPS6590376ZWSR F8 REGIN输出不连续
硬件：AM5728开发板
输入5v和3v3经测量都有输入进TPS6590376ZWSR，但F8 Regin引脚输出不连续，正常的应该是3v3输出。见附件测量的波形。
