你好，我們目前要對UCD9090要做資料燒錄

使用的工具是GPIO-TO-USB，我們將電路接上之後

軟體GUI一直無法讀取到IC，想請問一下是否有缺少元件

附上電路圖跟接線方式

TEXT_24 -> GND

TEXT_21 -> PWR

TEXT_28 -> PWR

TEXT_26 -> SCL

TEXT_25 -> SDA

ADDR兩組都接118.6K的電阻
