目前正在使用bq34z100-g，量产文件烧入后，有一台在客户使用过程中出现异常：剩余容量，满充容量均为0，Qmax Cell 0为-32623。电池是28AH(20小时放电)铅酸电池，如下图所示，麻烦帮忙分析下。
