28070做的1500W pfc电源，在输入电压100V以下，mos电流包络馒头波的上升阶段会出现异常凸起，负载从轻载突变为满载时这个凸起值会超过馒头波峰值。调外围元件电流环参数无改善，改限制占空比为小于0.7及减小imo外加电阻值有改善，但不能消除。请问是什么原因？是否与平均电流控制模式有关？
