我们正在涉足电池电量监控领域的一些开发，目前通过筛选，觉得BQ27426满足我们的需求（单节锂电池，600mAh）。
由于之前还没进行过详细的开发，所以想咨询一下开发的事宜。
1、是否一定需要购买EVM以及USB盒子？
2、是否一定需要用到BQ STUDIO软件开发？
