我用BQ24650芯片给锂电池充电，在不接锂电池的时候有浮空电压，但是在接上锂电池后，又不充电，再次拔下电池后，浮空电压为0，请问一下这个是什么原因，要怎么解决？
您好，参考数据手册8.3.7 Enable and Disable Charging确认是否符合充电条件。
