LMR16030PDDAR方案，输出电压不正常

LMR16030PDDAR方案，输入43-54V,输出24V/2A，使用官方WEB设计，实际焊接测试发现输出电压只有15V,FB反馈引脚只有0.47V,按照规格书应该是0.75V,使用的是四层板布线。

请问是什么原因造成的？

RT电阻是41.2K,电感是12uH,反馈分压电阻分别是316K和10.2K(官方推荐)。

PGOOD焊盘悬空。
