请教下，我这个电路适配器上电后，VBAT端电压一直在跳变，我测量VFB端电压也是在跳动。电池VBAT端接上电池后，也没有充电的现象，求教下是什么问题，适配器选用的是DC24V输入，设置的电池端输出电压是18v左右，实测，电池输出点电压一直在10v~18v之间跳动
