BQ40Z50 充电相对容量达到100%后，电芯电压并没有达到过充电压；然后XCHG被标红，不能充电；
只能放电，放到80%，还是只能放电；
在这个过程中FC，也是一直处于标红的状态。
请教是哪个地方设置有问题才出现这个现象。
