26串电池用两个bp76PL455APFC 芯片通过菊花链进行采集电压时，第二个afe芯片采集10串电压时，这十串电压都有20mv的波动，且多次取值取其平均值，其平均值比实际电压低28mv（10串电压都低28mv）请问这是什么问题？  第一个芯片一切正常。

两个芯片的vref_int 基准电压为2.498,2.496。
