期望得到1V左右的基准电压，所以对LM4040输出的2.048v电压进行分压，电路图如下所示
但对U2点电压进行测量，发现电压值几乎为0.08V左右，对LM4040的1脚进行测量，电压值也在零点零几V。请问这是为什么？如果想得到1V的基准电压，该如何改动？
