TPS61196PWPRQ1输出电流偏大

背光输出电流设计值360mA，实测372mA，输出电流偏大12mA，背光输出电压设计值18.6V，实测电压为20.1V，如附图1波形，电压偏大且电压有波动。附图2，更换电感器件为NS10145T330MNA，SW波形有变化，输出电流有变化，但仍偏大8mA，输出电压是19.8V。两个电感差异如附图3，正常的SW波形应该是什么样的？两种电感对应的SW为什么有这么大差异？layout如附图4，是按照IC spec要求走线的啊~
