1，如图输入电压24V, 限流10mA，芯片烧坏 。测试样板10片中有3片烧坏。
2，测得正常芯片第三脚2.5Ⅴ，第五脚3.3V 。不良品第三脚0.06V第五脚1.1V；

不良品如果输入电压24V, 限流10mA, 直接烧坏。测试方法是否得当，帮忙分析下具体原因，谢谢。
