几款类似的芯片都只能做到最大+/-15V.
建议选择2宽芯片来做，一款升压升压至15V输出，一款降压，设计成为负压输出。
如果想用一款芯片来做的话，用升压芯片+chargepump的方式，可以参考芯片TPS61080/1datasheet 中正负压输出的方式，但是你的电流比较大，需要将chargepump放大一点（例如2个4.7uF电容并联）
