想用TLV431输出1.4V的电压值，按照如图的电路设计出来后2脚的电压一直和输入电压一致，不知道是电路设计的不对还是阻值选的不对

按照上述修改后，是否还有问题？
这个芯片设计，实际上就是利用限流电阻的压降来做，TLV431改变流入电流情况确保输出电压。
