要求做非隔离电路，因为成本比隔离的低一些，单级的PFC有频闪问题，就不考虑了，找的是输出电压能够控制也就是能上电后再接LED的有没有
单级的方案有蛮多成熟的吧，不是所有都闪，是不是某些指标性能没做好
