关于BQ27541电池学习时的问题

问题1、在电池充满电后，BQ27541进入了睡眠模式，请问这对电池会不会产生影响，

问题2、在电池充满电后，FC、OCVTAKEN、VOK、QEN处于置位状态，可能等了两小时update status依然还是0x04，请问这是否代表学习失败？如果代表学习失败，我应该检查那几个参数的值？
