我这里在使用TPS650250RHBR遇到一个上电延时异常，L1输出3.3V,正常的板子要经过30ms的延时，异常的板子只有10ms，导致我的MCU跑起来有问题，还有EN_DC1使能时，无法关闭L1输出。
