BQ24610 ACP、ACN引脚烧毁。

项目中使用BA24610对12.6V锂电池组充电，输入24V。因为不需要DPM功能，所以按照参数设计，将ACP和ACN引脚连接到了VCC（24V）。上电测试时，ACP和ACN处烧毁。更换芯片后把ACP和ACN从VCC断开，芯片正常工作，然后又将ACP和ACN连接到VCC，上电后又烧毁。请问是什么原因？
