输出纹波不稳定，有的输出20mv的纹波，有的纹波能达到100mV以上，同一片板子，换不同的DCDC IC输出的纹波就不同

会有些差异，但是不至于到100mV这么大。影响纹波的因素很多，芯片，电感，输出电容，环路等等。
如果对于纹波比较敏感，建议你在输出增加一级LC.
