您好，-0.3V是BAT引脚上的绝对最低电压，之前不会对设备造成任何永久损坏。 这只是压力额定值准则，不能保证正常运行，因为它超出了建议的运行条件。
一般管脚对地都有一个ESD的二极管，二极管的压降一般就0.3V，如果加的负电压很大，这样就流过这个二极管的电流很大了，可能就烧毁了，所以一般都是这么写的
