有时会遇到，充电和放电都挂起的情况，就是不能充电，也不能放电；
在这样的情况下，就希望可以查找他的原因；在哪里可以看到过程数据吗？
看了下 blackbox 为0，lifetime 基本上也都是00，具体如下截图；
是哪个地方设置的问题所以，所以看不到吗？
