我用USB2ANY连接TPS23881芯片，连接不上，报红色字体错误，TPS23881是我们自己设计的，有什么建议吗？

更新了A1-A4的地址状态之后，现在USB2ANY可以连接TPS23881，状态正常，如附件图片所示。
但是，连接PoE设备不能识别，TPS23881是否需要加载firmware，才能AUTO工作模式？
