40z50r1SMB通讯与bq20z95有区别吗

原来式bq20z95 准备用 40z50R1替换 但是 现在 替换后 40z50与原设备SMB通讯似乎有问题，主机那边 电池 sn号 总是显示0000 但我输入的时0016，另外剩余电量总是显示1小时，实际可以支持6小工作。有什么兼容性问题吗？或者 需要设置哪里才行 另外 bq battry management studio 怎么没有 BQ20Z95这个型号
