1.电池2串应用中，如果电池组电压低于7V时进行2A电流校准，会发现校准过程中MOS管发烫，如果电池组电压大于8.2V时2A电流校准则不会出现发烫的现象，请问是什么原因造成的？
你可以测试下此时的CHG DSG的栅极电压，看是否是电压不够造成的。
你选择的是什么型号的MOS?可以按照TI Demo board上的MOS试一下？
我还有一个问题，TI有没有现成的为电池包写序列号，生产日期，批次 和发送SEAL指令的软件工具？ BQMtester好像不支持BQ20Z45
BQMtester 支持BQ20z45.估计是你的某个文件没有更新的缘故才不显示z45.
