您好，请确保gauge enable并且满足 VCT 条件。 当满足这些条件时，容量会跳至 100%
bq4050在上位机好像没有gauge enable，只是40z50才有gauge enable

CSYNC(Bit 1): SyncRemaining Capacity() to Full Charge Capacity()on Valid Charge Termination
