使用TPS28361芯片时是不是可以不设置设备的从地址？在我们的设备上TPS28361的A3引脚是悬空的，我们可以直接用0x8作为从地址进行访问吗？用这个地址去访问时，用示波器抓的波形显示芯片是有响应的，但读出来的值应该是不对的，例如：读取芯片ID时，结果值是1
