TPS62085的5脚是GND，6脚是SW，原理图的话，5脚和6脚是不可能直连的，但是我用TI的电源设计工具生成的参考设计里，很明显将5脚和6脚直连了，关于这一点，不理解，能否有大神能解释一下呢，谢谢啦

这是明显应该是画的不对，建议你参照datasheet layout。
