TPS54331: 输出随负载变化很大

Dear TI support：

TPS54331 12V转5V 的电路，输出的5V 不固定，随着负载变化，负载大的时候2.5V~5.25V变化，空载的时候5.25V 也不是5.0V.

电路图如下

VSENSE引脚的电压跟负载变化，空载0.84V左右，带载，最低到0.5V左右。
