使用stm32l071+bq78350+76930 + bq76300方案，通讯均正常，没有电量学习，但是不带载可以正常打开mos管，带超过200ma以上的负载就无法正常打开mos管（bqstudio的高低位显示正常）

连接负载，FETZ_EN使能后依然打不开，且DSG脚和PACK脚电压为0.2V
