将频率为159MHz的交流转换为直流，功率5w以下，电压最大15V，电流最大2A， 正向压降越低越好
哪位比较了解的，希望帮忙解答一下
1.电源上用到这么高频率的很少，通信上是不是有专用的管子；
2.个人的理解，从电源角度考虑的话主要是二极管的反向恢复时间有影响，可以去选择碳化硅的二极管来做整流桥，友商英飞凌在业界做的比较好。
TI没有这么高频的桥式整流器吗？
应该是没有，你可以去论坛的其他版块再确认一下是否有专用的器件。
