BQ40Z50-R1: shutdown voltage值修改

用户指南里的shutdown voltage系统默认值为1750mV，客户要求修改为2700mV，电芯的放电截止电压为2.7V，但是电芯自身有自耗电的情况，所以电压会掉到2.7V以下，电芯电压掉到2.7V以下后，是不是就进入shutdown模式，会导致电池无法充电激活吗？
