测hi LM5116 EVM板，测试时电感会有啸叫

测试条件：输入48V；

动态负载：电流变化斜率1A/us，负载25%~75%~25%变化，即Ilow=1.25A，Ihigh=2.5A，频率1000Hz

如果增大负载变化5%~95%~5%，啸叫会更严重
