经x -ray检测 显示芯片内部有气泡，请问这是什么原因？是芯片质量问题吗 还是？

我觉得有可能正常，原因是封装时，不在真空的情况下就有可能出现这种情况。（具体要看工厂端，我们基本上相当于售后，也不清楚具体的封装方式）
电性上应该是不会有影响的，而芯片在量产后也不会100% x-ray。
