UCD9248: 连接芯片，配置好输出电压后，没有输出电压

我在使用UCD9248的时候 ，连接芯片，配置好输出电压后，没有输出电压，看检测界面，说是输入电压低故障，但是测量 输入电压，是正常的，不知道是什么原因？

现在用Fusion digital power designer 连上后配置1V电压输出，报输入电压低故障，输出没有电压，附件是原理图和配置软件出现的问题截图，麻烦给分析一下原因，谢谢！
