UCC21520可以用UCC21220替代吗，他们的区别是什么？

可以替代的，但是不是pin脚兼容的。
你可以从2个芯片的方框图看， UCC21520有多出Death time的控制模块，且别前者的隔离安规电压5.7kvrms是高于后者3kVrms。
另外还有输入偏执电压不同，UCC21520高达18V, UCC21220只有5.5V, 包括VDDA/D范围也是有小差异的，具体建议直接将两者参数表打印出来比照一下。
