可以用这款芯片的，但是没有针对你参数的具体电路，你需要参考datasheet来设计。
电流需要调整参数吗
不需要，主要注意功率电感饱和电流。
如果做3A输出实际上可以选择的芯片非常多，内置MOS的也很多，例如TPS5430, TPS54340之类。
