TLC5955: Fixed channel current abnormal issue

Part Number: TLC5955

Hi team,

I currently designing a light board,

Use 8pcs TLC5955 by daisy chain architecture (1 ch by 1 LED and based on 6mA/ch , total 384 zone),

Based on module conditions and keep the light board all on (PWM duty is 100%) ,

After testing for about 2 hour,

there will be (6 channel current abnormal x ICs) under unknown conditions. After comparison, this 6 channel  is fixed to R15/G15/B15 and R14/G14/B14,

What can cause this problem?

Thanks for your response.

note:
1.Sometimes 8pcs IC abnormal, sometimes is 4pcs IC, the number of abnormal IC is not necessarily

2.After power on , only GCLK (8MHz)is keeping to IC, and SDA/SCL/LAT signals to low.

  DSPRPT=1 ,others function is disable.

3.ICs surface temperature is about 60℃

4.Abnormal current that the current becomes smaller and only more than half of normal
