TPS84259: 6V转-15V，加上6V电之后输入短路

输入电容是22uF钽电容，输出电容是150uF钽电容

图中的参数现在为 

R5=62k  R6=180k   R2=180k

连线就和图中一样

电源输入6V，设置限流0.6A  SS脚悬空    加电后直接达到0.6V限流点

看了下手册inrush current

是否是因为上电时inrush current很大，应该放开限流点呢？？

还是参数或者电路上面有什么问题
