We have bought some samples of TPS53353DQPR,and did the Decap testing,but we found the die/Wafer P/N is TPS53355(pls find attached pictures).
Can you tell me is it correct?How comes that part is TPS53353DQPR,but Die/Wafer P.N is TPS53355?
Can you help to verify it?It's very important.
