这里是直接adaptor供电，没有POE的芯片做路径处理的，因为这个时候电压是直接给到负载的。如果有POE就是按照Option1的连接方式。
如果按照Option3的方式，则POE模块空载，模块一直在反复开关的状态，是否需要增加一个0.44W的假负载，以保证POE模块一直正常工作？

如果选择Option3来供电，这个时候POE不需要通电的（负载可以通过POE供电，也可以通过Option3的通道来供电，不需要同时进行）
此时也不需要负载有额外的假负载。
