是这样理解。
容性负载瞬间短路时的过程和短路时FET的动作机制一样,当FET关断时Vout又会回复到5V,这时再打开FET(所谓的chop mode),如此几次5Vg电容上电压被拉高,FET完全开通,进入正常工作。
Fsw就是开关电源的开关频率;
传统的开关电源开关频率是固定的,所谓频率调节就是使开关频率在一个范围内波动,从而将能量在频谱上从一个频率点分散到一个频率段;Fmod就是这个频率段。
比如Fsw=440kHz, Fmod=40kHz, 那么实际开关频率就在420kHz~440kHz之间波动。
