BQ76952: COVL触发后CHG-MOS会异常导通1S后再次关断

如图，在Cell过压保护连续触发3次后，COVL触发，此时CHG-FET应该会关闭，但是实际上测试中充电MOS异常导通了1S后又一次关了。

想知道这时候发生了什么。

[COVL:Counter Dec Delay] is 8, [Protections:COVL:Recovery Time] is 10, [Protections:Recovery:Time] is 6。
