想通过EN脚来控制使能，拉低第四脚后仍然有3.3V输出，应该输出0V才对啊！

如你所说，EN脚拉低（小于0.4V), 芯片处于关闭状态，输出将关掉为0V.
所以你首先要确认3.3V是否因为负载这边有其他渠道导致有电压？ 其次确认是否芯片已经损坏？
