设计采用TPS650864给ZYNQMP供电，其中，PL的VCCO为SWA1供电，设计电压3.3V。调试时，连续两块板子使用一段时间后出现PL的HDIO损坏，始终为高。示波器测量为3.3V，纹波偶尔超过3.4V，时间不超过10us。看ZYNQMP手册发现VCCO最大耐压为3.4V，请问设计是否有问题？

没有问题的。不过一般芯片的供电为3.3V的话，最大电压不会只3.4V这么小？
另外确认一下纹波，不应该超过30mV.
