我已使用官方提供的文档工具得到了系数Coef a1~Coef a5和Coef b1~Coef b4的值，TS1寄存器配置为0x0b，即18Ω上拉热敏电阻测量，18K温度模式，温度测量报告但不用于保护，ADC输入或热敏电阻。请问需要使用什么公式计算TS1检测的温度？
