TPS6594-Q1: TPS65941212-Q1 and TPS65941111-Q1 PMIC VCCA functional safety

I see the decription that the VCCA of TPS65941 has the OV & UV mechanism for functional safety, but I can't see the detail description of UV mechanism, how does it to slove the under-voltage of the input voltage of VCCA pin? could you give me an explanition for it? or will you tell me which document we can find the detail decription?
