请问在电量学习过程中，IT Status中状态位OCVFR置高的话能否学习成功？并且这个电压平坦区再哪里查看，充电过程中电芯电压是否会经过平坦区并且当电压过平坦区后OCVFR置高后能否变低？

此外，请问电池是不是没有按照数据表中的规定进行满电平充电？
进行的是满电平充电，当我在充电过程中OCVFR位就已经置位了，而且，当电芯电压没在电压平坦区的时候，该位也不会清除。还想请教下OCVFR该为子啊什么情况下会清除置低？
