Tesla Shanghai plant use TPS4H000BQPWPRQ1，found PC BA failure of the OHC LED always light on. After analysis, find the IC short between pin 16 and pin17,18.
The failure of this device has happened many times.
After talked with Tesla, Tesla want TI to provide the failure rate for this component to show that the failure rate is very low or it is just single case.
