wake up引脚并联的电容C16，容值为15pf，在使用时发现：芯片正常上电工作，用万用表测量wake up引脚和GND间电压，表笔碰到wake up引脚，芯片就损坏，连续试了6块芯片都损坏。芯片损坏现象是，芯片内部5V电源无法建立。
后将C16容值改大到10nf，不再损坏。
想问下这是什么原因？，这个wake up 引脚外部电路该如何配置？
